Does CoHost Bot replace me?

No. You stay responsible for your listing and guest relationships. CoHost Bot prepares drafts and updates to help you manage the work.

Can I approve messages before they are sent?

Yes. Shadow mode creates drafts without sending to guests. In approval mode, you review or edit the draft in Telegram and approve it before it can be sent. Generating a draft does not mean a guest has received it.

Can it manage multiple listings?

We review each listing during personal onboarding. Pricing is per property. Cleaning coordination is included only with that option.

What happens with an unusual request?

Flagged questions and sensitive requests are brought to you for review. Check the facts and decide how to respond before approving a message.

Which platforms do you support?

CoHost Bot connects through Hospitable for supported Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and direct bookings. We confirm compatibility with your setup during onboarding. Contact hello@cohostbot.com if you use another channel manager.

How does pricing work?

First month free (30 days). After the free period, without cleaning coordination: $149/month for your first property and $99/month for each additional property. With cleaning coordination: $199/month for your first property and $149/month for each additional property.

When does the free period start, and what happens afterward?

The free period lasts 30 days. Your free 30-day period starts on the date you and Antoine agree setup is ready for approval mode. We confirm that date by email. Before paid service begins, we ask for your explicit agreement through Stripe. To cancel, email hello@cohostbot.com. Submitting this form does not authorize payment.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Terms of Service. To cancel, email hello@cohostbot.com.

What happens after I submit the form?

Your details are sent as a lead request. Antoine follows up personally to discuss your listing, confirm the option and offer terms, and arrange setup. The form does not create an account, connect your listing, or start automatic onboarding.

How quickly will I be set up?

Setup depends on your integrations, the information needed, and our review together. We will discuss the next steps personally; no setup time is guaranteed.

Will this increase my bookings or revenue?

CoHost Bot helps with guest-message drafts and hosting operations. Occupancy, revenue, search ranking, ratings, and response times are not guaranteed.

How is my information used?

We use your contact details to respond to your request and arrange personal onboarding. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data. Do not send passwords, access codes, payment details, or guest information through the public form.
